As we wrap up the end of 2023, we couldn’t be more proud of our dedicated team here at Riverview Center for Growth. Their unwavering commitment to serving Lane County with exceptional mental health and wellness support is truly remarkable.

This past week, we embarked on a joyful “Cheers to You” event, generously sponsored by our esteemed Board Members. Throughout the week, we aimed to show our appreciation for our incredible staff while infusing a bit of fun into our daily routines!

Here’s a quick recap of the week’s festivities:

• All Week: Our entire team was automatically entered into a raffle for a chance to win exciting gift cards—a small token of our gratitude.

• Monday, December 11th: We kicked off the week with a delightful Hot Cocoa Bar and Festive Goodies, lovingly served by our Executive team and Board Members. It was a cozy way to start the week!

• Tuesday, December 12th: Treats adorned the coffee areas across campus, ensuring everyone could savor some sweetness at their leisure.

• Wednesday, December 13th: Ugly Sweater and Cookie Decorating Day was great opportunity to connect with our colleagues! The campus was adorned with the most “interesting” holiday sweaters, and we had a blast decorating our very own Ugly Sweater Cookies.

• Thursday, December 14th: More treats awaited in the coffee areas—because who doesn’t love an extra sprinkle of sweetness during their day?

• Friday, December 15th: The grand finale! Personalized gift bags awaited pickup throughout the day, spreading smiles and appreciation.
